Dressing in an all-black outfit, the 'Only Murders in the Building' actress keeps her head down and wears a black face mask when arriving at Madison Square Gardens.

AceShowbiz - Selena Gomez was apparently feeling a bit shy during her latest solo outing. Stepping out for an NBA game in New York City on Wednesday, November 8, the singer/actress apparently tried to go incognito in her all-black outfit.

The former Disney darling arrived at Madison Square Gardens on Wednesday night for the Knicks vs Spurs game. Flanked by her security team, she kept her head down while walking into the venue. She also wore a black mask which covered half of her face, but fans and paparazzi still recognized her.

The 31-year-old waved her hand to greet her fans, but didn't even pause or turn her head to look at the camera. She bundled up in a black long coat teamed with a pair of black shoes, while her raven hair was styled in loose curls.

Selena's latest solo outing comes after she appeared to change her tune about the Israel-Palestine war. After initially facing backlash over her neutral stance, the star, through her brand Rare Beauty, has pledged to help Palestinian civilians amid the violence taking place in Gaza. On Monday, her beauty brand released a lengthy statement addressing the war.

"We are devastated by the images & reports coming from the Middle East," the statement began to read. It pointed out, "Thousands of innocent Palestinian civilians have been killed in Israeli airstrikes & millions of civilians have been displaced & left without access to food, water, medicine, or basic necessities for survival. A large number of these victims are children. Palestinian civilians must be protected, period."

"We remain heartbroken by the horrible terror attack against innocent civilians in Israel on October 7th, many of them also children. There is no situation where attacks on civilians are acceptable," they added. "We strongly denounce any & all forms of anti-Semitism and Islamophobia."

Selena's support for Palestine may cause a rift in her friendship with Nicola Peltz Beckham. The former "Bates Motel" star reportedly unfollowed her best friend's beauty brand after the company announced the donation.

The wife of Brooklyn Beckham, however, still follows Selena's personal Instagram account on the platform. It's also unclear if the 28-year-old ever followed Selena's beauty brand in the first place, but the "Transformers: Age of Extinction" star previously publicly voiced her support for Israel. "I Stand With Israel," so read her Instagram Story shared prior to Rare Beauty's statement.
