AceShowbiz - Lindsay Hubbard appears to have had her eyes on her fellow reality TV star following a painful split. Around two months after her and Carl Radke's wedding was canceled, the "Summer House" star revealed her new crush.
The 37-year-old TV personality made the revelation when attending the 2023 BravoCon in Las Vegas on Friday, November 3. Speaking to Page Six during the event, she revealed that she is "ready for a new suitor." She went on to spill to the outlet that she has her eyes on "Below Deck Down Under" star Captain Jason Chambers. She further stated, "You know, I read an article that Captain Jason had his eyes on me. I'm ready to go down under."
Lindsay's remarks came a little over two months after she and Carl made headlines with shocking news of their split. On August 31, it was reported that the two ended their engagement. "The two were set to get married in November, but Carl told Lindsay he couldn't move forward with the wedding. The breakup was filmed and will most likely play out on the next season of 'Summer House'," sources told Entertainment Tonight at the time.
Recently, Lindsay claimed that she was "completely blindsided" by Carl's one-sided decision. "I was completely blindsided," she told Us Weekly on Wednesday, November 1. It was reported that Carl "never gave her a concrete reason for calling off the nuptials." She further admitted, "He blew up my entire life. I was crying, I was angry, and I had to find closure on my own. Fortunately, she is now at a place where I feel really good about moving on."
In contrast, Carl insisted that Lindsay was not "blindsided" by the breakup. "I firmly don't believe she was blindsided because we've had these conversations," Carl spoke to PEOPLE on Friday. "We had a really rough summer and I think people will see that. But it just shows the gravity of the situation when I really deep down felt like I needed to have a conversation with her about where we were at in our relationship and moving forward with the wedding."
