AceShowbiz - Elle Fanning has seemingly moved on from Max Minghella with a new man months after confirming her split from the actor. The actress has been spotted holding hands with Rolling Stone magazine CEO Gus Wenner.

The pair's alleged new romance was revealed with their PDA during their outing in New York City. Seemingly not trying to hide their relationship, they were seen walking hand in hand on the sidewalk and while crossing the street.

Earlier that night, the duo had dinner with singer Lorde, actress Annabelle Dexter Jones and visual artist Theo Wenner at West Village hot spot The Waverly Inn, according to Daily Mail. After grabbing a bite to eat together, the star-studded group went for drinks at Corner Bistro.

For the occasion, Elle wore a long black coat over jeans teamed with black shoes. Her long blonde hair was let loose as she appeared to go makeup free and carried a small black handbag.

As for Gus, he wore a shorter black coat and a brown scarf on top of a plaid shirt. He completed his look with blue jeans and black shoes while he carried a cigarette in his left hand.

Elle was previously in a five-year relationship with actor Max. In April, the "All the Bright Places" actress revealed in an interview with Harper's Bazaar U.K. that she's no longer dating the 38-year-old English star.

"But I'm a hopeless romantic," she told the publication. The 25-year-old added, "I believe in love at first sight. Call me crazy, but I believe in those things. I feel that it's my destiny." The Catherine depicter on "The Great" also noted that she hopes to have kids in the future.

It's unclear when Elle and Max ended their romance. However, the two seemed to still be going strong as of December 2022 when attending the Babylon premiere in Los Angeles together. At the time, the "Super 8" actress and "The Handmaid's Tale" star posed for the camera side-by-side.
