The 'You're Mines Still' rapper has been released on $2,400 bond after getting arrested and charged with battery under the Family Violence Act following a dispute involving a 10-year-old child.

AceShowbiz - Yung Bleu has broken his silence following his arrest for alleged assault. The rapper/singer was recently arrested and accused of body-slamming a woman following an alleged custody dispute involving a 10-year-old child, but he has declared his innocence.

In a statement issued via his social media page shortly after the news broke, Bleu claimed that the reports were "fake news" which came on the heels of his success. "Lol the storm coming," he wrote. "the FAKE NEWS, the slander. Ima keep going towards the end goal I got bigger goals than music!"

He then told his fans, "I'm off this internet thing but I will take the time to tell all my ladies that may be a fan of bleu. I cherish women and I'm completely innocent." He went on declaring, "Just no this about to be one toughest times to be a fan of mines because ima about to go into another bracket as an OWNER and entrepreneur and people hate and you no! THEY. Hate that."

Bleu, whose real name is Jeremy Biddle, was arrested on Sunday, October 15 after the Hall County Sheriff's Office in GA responded to a call from a woman to a home, TMZ Hip Hop reports. When deputies arrived, the woman told them that Bleu had shown up at the residence unannounced to pick up his 10-year-old son with him.

When the woman refused to allow the "Ice on My Baby" emcee to take the child, argument ensued between the two of them. The woman told deputies that Bleu then picked her up and threw her to the ground, causing injury to her right arm and her hip. The woman was evaluated by the EMS crew for any injuries, but she refused to be transported to the hospital.

Meanwhile, Bleu left with the child, but came back shortly afterwards, before leaving again. He later agreed to meet with deputies in person and was subsequently arrested for battery under the Family Violence Act, which is a misdemeanor charge. He was booked in the Hall County Jail just after 2:30 A.M. on Sunday morning, but was released just a few days later after posting a $2,400 cash bond.

The identity of the woman has not been released, but it is widely assumed that the alleged victim is his estranged wife Tiemeria Biddle. Last month, the 29-year-old star admitted that he and his spouse went through a rough patch after she found out that he flew out another woman. He took to Twitter in early September to apologize to his wife for his infidelity, hoping that he would get another chance.

"I would like to publicly apologize to my wife," he began his heartfelt apology. "I will never get on the internet and bash you no matter what you say out of hurt. Your such a good woman. Solid. Rare. and I love and appreciate you."

He continued, "It's alot that this industry bring. Its a fast life. And Sometimes as men we fall short of what's right! But I'll never be stupid enough to lose what’s best for me! Hope this message reaches you somehow."

"Giving everything else to God from here back to the music and enjoying the love of my fans on tour! Family over everything [flexed bicep emoji]," the "You're Mines Still" concluded his statement, which has since been deleted.
