AceShowbiz - The estranged wife of Ariana Grande's rumored boyfriend Ethan Slater has broken her silence. Speaking to Page Six, Lilly Jay addressed Ethan and Ariana's budding romance while blasting the "7 Rings" songstress in the process.
"[Ariana's] the story really. Not a girl's girl," Lilly said. The musician, who shares one son with the "SpongeBob SquarePants: The Broadway Musical" star, went on to say, "My family is just collateral damage."
Lilly insisted that the "story" was more about Ariana and the singer's soon-to-be ex-husband Dalton Gomez. She additionally revealed that she's focusing on raising her and Ethan's baby and being "a good mom."
However, a source told the news outlet that Lilly Jay has been "calling every news outlet to get this story out" while acting differently toward Ethan behind the scenes. "She's telling Ethan and others that she only cares about protecting their child," the insider claimed.
"She's rightfully upset because her marriage fell apart, but Ariana and Ethan didn't do anything wrong," the source continued, noting that the pair had been separated two months before he started dating Ariana. "Ethan is trying to take the high road and hopes he can resolve this situation for the sake of their child."

A source spilled to Daily Mail that the "Side to Side" singer loves the former spouses' baby that she even told those around her that she "wanted a baby" of her own "one day."
Ariana and Ethan reportedly connected after they started filming the upcoming "Wicked" movie in London and they allegedly were not sublte at all on the set. "Ariana and Ethan weren't careful," a source said. "They'd hold hands on set in between takes. They were sloppy and not hiding it."
It was said that Ethan, who filed for divorce from Lilly on July 26, told Lilly about his relationship with Ariana shortly before it became public. "Ethan sat Lilly down a few days before the news broke about him and Ariana and said that he wanted a divorce," a so-called insider told Us Weekly, adding that "Lilly never saw it coming!"
As for the "Thank U, Next" songstress, she reportedly has called it quits with her husband of two years, Dalton Gomez. "Ariana and Ethan are dating; however things are fairly new. Ariana and Dalton split in January, and Ethan is separated from his wife," a source said earlier this month. "Ariana and Ethan have only recently begun seeing each other but they have a lot of fun together and are enjoying each other's company."
