AceShowbiz - Sofia Vergara and her estranged husband Joe Manganiello are not planning to pull a Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez. In a new report, the former couple allegedly is so "ready to move on" after they announced their separation earlier this month.

"He is not looking back and there isn't a situation where this will be like Ben and J.Lo, they aren't going to get back together," an insider told Radar Online. The A-listers, who got married in 2022, rekindled their flame nearly two decades post-breakup.

The informant also noted that Joe claimed he initially "never wanted to be single" and had always felt the "Modern Family" actress was "The One." However, he's now embracing his newfound relationship status and eager to get back into the dating pool now that he's single.

A source recently spilled to PEOPLE that before ending their relationship, the "True Blood" hunk and the "America's Got Talent" judge tried to make their romance work, but they've always been distinctly different characters.

"Sofia is down to earth and fun to be around when she is stress-free, but as a career woman, she also cares what people think about her, and revels in what makes her a major star," the source noted. Joe, on the other hand, has been described as being a "guy's guy."

The celebrity duo recently split after seven years of marriage, with the insider admitting that there were "several things that didn't work" for them. The source explained, "Their physical attraction to each other only carried their marriage that far. On a day-to-day basis, there are so many other things that need to work. There were several things that didn't work."

Despite this, Sofia and Joe made every effort to make their romance work. The insider shared, "They were really trying to make it work though. They do love each other. No one wants to constantly bicker with their spouse though. Joe has absolutely nothing bad to say about her. She is a great woman. They were just not great together in the long run."

Announcing their split, the pair said in a joint statement, "We have made the difficult decision to divorce. As two people that love and care for one another very much, we politely ask for respect of our privacy at this time as we navigate this new phase of our lives."
