The 'Beverly Hills, 90210' alum and her five children were previously spotted at a Los Angeles area motel, but it's said that it had nothing to do with her marital rift with Dean McDermott.

AceShowbiz - It's safe to say that Tori Spelling and her children are in a better place now. The actress/author, who has been making headlines with her financial troubles and rumored separation from husband Dean McDermott, has reportedly moved from a motel to stay with a friend.
The "Beverly Hills, 90210" alum has reportedly checked out of a $100-per-night motel where she and her five children were believed to have stayed at earlier this month. "Tori isn't staying at a motel. She's staying with a friend," a source tells PEOPLE of the 50-year-old's living situation.
Tori fueled rumors of marital rift with Dean after she and her kids were photographed outside an $100 a night motel in L.A. over the weekend. She reportedly checked into the motel on Saturday, July 8.
In photos circulating online, the actress was seen holding the hand of her youngest kid, six-year-old Beau, with 16-year-old Liam, 15-year-old Stella, 11-year-old Hattie and 10-year-old Finn following behind her. Her son Finn was seen rolling a suitcase as they walked through the parking lot.
A source later told Us Weekly that Tori's decision to take her kids to the motel had nothing to do with her alleged split from Dean. "Tori and Dean are doing really good and her staying at a hotel with their kids has nothing to do with a separation," the source explained. "They decided to stay there because of the ongoing mould problem at their house. Tori is taking this issue very seriously and isn't going to subject herself or her kids to that."
Earlier this year, she was forced to move her family out of a rental home after discovering an "extreme" mould infestation was causing them to suffer serious health issues. She said in May the toxic fungus had been "slowly killing" her family for three years as she asked her fans to recommend a lawyer.
Meanwhile, Dean shocked everyone when he posted the divorce announcement in June. "It's with great sadness and a very very heavy heart that after 18 years together and 5 amazing children, that @torispelling and I have decided to go our separate ways, and start a new journey of our own," it read.
"We will continue to work together as loving parents and guide and love our children through this difficult time," the statement continued. "We ask that you all respect our privacy as we take this time to surround our family with love and work our way through this. Thank you all for your support and kindness."
He, however, later deleted the post as a source claimed that the couple is not separating.
