In a video shared by Khaotic on Instagram, the 'Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta' star is seen preparing to move into his new house after finalizing his divorce with the mother of two of his children.

AceShowbiz - Lil Scrappy is marking a new chapter in his life with a new house. After finalizing his divorce with Bambi, the rapper/reality TV star has apparently bought a new "mansion" that will now be his bachelor pad.
It's his friend and "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" co-star Khaotic who shared the news via social media. Taking to his Instagram page on Saturday, July 1, Khaotic posted a video of him filming Scrappy at his new pad.
Scrappy was seemingly caught off guard by Khaotic's attempt to document his move. He looked shy while his friend was excitedly exploring the house, which is still half empty with some workers preparing the furniture.
In the video, Khaotic was marveled at Scrappy's "big a** house" while showing off the big walking closet and a pool in the backyard. He also pointed out that the house boasts "granite cabinet" and "marble counters."
"Congratulations My Boy @reallilscrappy Just Bought A Mansion N He Say I Can Live N Da Basement," Khaotic wrote in the caption.
Fans were happy for Scrappy, as one Instagram user reacted to the video, "So happy for you @reallilscrappy." Another commented, "Congratulations king," while a third penned, "Blessings scrappy god got you. Stay up. Khotic. Appreciate."
Some others, however, blasted Scrappy for buying the new house after his ex-wife Bambi revealed prior to their divorce that they had to move out of their shared home because he didn't uphold his end of the rent. The pair share two children together, son Breland and daughter Xylo.
"I see he can pay bills he just didn't wanna pay hers," one person remarked. A second critic said, "A man who doesn't take care of his family, isn't a man. Next." A third person was not thrilled by the news either as musing, "So he couldn't uphold his half of the rent with the house him and his family lived in but he can do this ? Trifling ass n***a behavior."
Some others alleged that Scrappy might have planned it all this time to prepare for his divorce. "Men pull moves like what he did to make a woman resent and loathe him. He purposefully didn't pay his end of the rent to spite her, so that he could save up to get his own new place," someone speculated. Another similarly remarked, "oh he was saving that money for the final exit."
Scrappy and Bambi's divorce was reportedly finalized last month, just before his scheduled appearance at the 2023 BET Awards. At the June 25 event, Scrappy seemingly made public his relationship with Diamond as they hit the red carpet together, though they stood in a distance from each other in front of cameras.
