The 'Super Gremlin' emcee is quickly defended by other fans after someone suggests that he accepts his punishment after being arrested for missing a drug test.

AceShowbiz - Kodak Black isn't always taking his fans' advice well, especially not from a person who wishes him jail. The rapper has been mad at a fan who told him to "go back to jail and sober up" following his recent arrest for missing a drug test.

The Pompano Beach native was on Instagram Live on Thursday, June 29 when someone made the unwarranted advice. After seeing the comment which said that he needs to accept his punishment, the "Zeze" hitmaker said, "Damn, what kind of person are you?"

"This muthaf***a said: 'You need to go back to jail and sober up, Yak, for real, for real,' " the 26-year-old read the fan's comment, before clapping back, "Why do you feel like that's the answer to my whatever you feel like? Why do you feel like that's the answer to my whatchamacallit?"

After the video was reposted on other social media accounts, many expressed their concerns for Kodak, whose real name is Bill Kahan Kapri. "I just had to stop what I'm doing to pray for him he doesn't not look like he's doing okay . Ppl are bold asf," one person wrote.

A second supportive fan chimed in, "This made me sad I just wanna give him a hug & ask him is he ok?" A third added, "I genuinely hope he gets better. I really like him as a person and artist because it seems like all he wants is peace and happiness."

Some others blasted the fan who suggested that Kodak goes back to jail, with one arguing, "Did y'all forget the amount of trauma he experienced in jail? He needs rehab and therapy not jail." One other person noted, "We're all fighting our own battles. Always be kind, guys.. it literally cost you nothing to be kind. We don't know what this man is going through or what he went through in prison. Be kind. Spread Love."

Kodak surrendered himself to authorities on Monday after an arrest warrant was issued for him earlier this month because he failed to take a mandatory drug test. He was booked at the Broward County jail, but was released in less than an hour after paying $175k, the difference between his original bond and his new bond.

The judge increased his bond from $75,000 to $250,000, but Kodak's lawyer saw this as a win for his client because the hip-hop star now will be able to travel and tour without the trouble of checking in with pretrial services.

Kodak was previously arrested in July 2022 for possession of a controlled substance without prescription and trafficking. At that time, cops claimed they found upwards of 31 oxycodone pills in his car in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
