AceShowbiz - Tina Turner's widower has been spotted out in public for the first time since her death. Erwin Bach was seen visiting the late singer's memorial outside their home in Swizterland, over a week after her passing.

On Thursday, June 1, the German music executive was pictured stepping outside the couple's $76 million mansion, which is located in Kusnacht near Zurich. He was seen holding a bouquet of red roses as he read the messages left on signs by fans of the "Queen of Rock 'n' Roll". He was also holding a card and organizing other gifts that poured in from fans and friends of the legendary singer.

Erwin donned a navy blazer, button down and black slacks. The 67-year-old covered his eyes with dark shades as he paid tribute to his late wife.

Blick, a Swiss German-language newspaper, reported that Erwin was "drawn by grief" as he "looked calmly and visibly moved at the gifts from the fans." According to the outlet, "He read cards with interest and carefully picked up bouquets of flowers to place them with other bouquets."

Tina died on May 24 at age 83 after a "long illness." A statement on her Instagram account read, "With her music and her boundless passion for life, she enchanted millions of fans around the world and inspired the stars of tomorrow. Today we say goodbye to a dear friend who leaves us all her greatest work: her music. All our heartfelt compassion goes out to her family. Tina, we will miss you dearly."

Tina and Erwin met in 1986, when he was sent by her European record label, EMI, to greet her at Dusseldorf Airport. Initially friends, they began dating later that year. In July 2013, after a 27-year romantic relationship, they married in a civil ceremony on the banks of Lake Zurich in Kusnacht, Switzerland. In 2017, Erwin donated his kidney for transplant when she faced serious health scares.
