The 'SICKO MODE' rapper has yet to confirm the release date of the upcoming set, but Epic Records chairperson Sylvia Rhone reveals that the highly-anticipated album is expected to arrive in June.

AceShowbiz - Travis Scott (II) wants to make sure that his highly-anticipated album "Utopia" won't leak. Taking extra precautions, the "SICKO MODE" rapper put the album inside a briefcase that was handcuffed to his bodyguard's wrist.

On Thursday, May 18, the 32-year-old was seen leaving a vinyl record spot with his guard. In a photo obtained by TMZ, the guard could be seen carrying the briefcase while holding the door for Travis as he hopped into his car.

"Utopia" which follows Travis' breakout LP "Astroworld", was first teased in 2021. The project reportedly will feature new material with Future, Lil Uzi Vert, Kid Cudi and Pharrell Williams.

Travis has yet to confirm the release date of the upcoming set. Epic Records chairperson Sylvia Rhone, however, revealed that it is expected to arrive in June.

Jut days prior, Travis offered Houston's professional baseball team, the Astros, a first listen to "Utopia". "It's on the way now, Mark," he teased when speaking to KRIV's Sports Director Mark Berman in a Twitter clip taken at Minute Maid Park.

Travis once shared that he'd been working with new collaborators on his upcoming album in a bid to evolve his music. He told i-D magazine in 2021, "I never tell people this, and I'm probably going to keep it a secret still, but I'm working with some new people and I'm just trying to expand the sound."

"I've been making beats again, rapping on my own beats, just putting everything together and trying to grow it really. That's been one of the most fun things about working on this album," Travis, who shares two children with Kylie Jenner, added. I'm evolving, collaborating with new people, delivering a whole new sound, a whole new range."
