AceShowbiz - Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis continued to show a united front despite their split. The former couple, who shares two children together, was photographed having a friendly reunion for the sake of their kids over the weekend.

The "Don't Worry Darling" star/director and the "Ted Lasso" actor were seen showing support to their son Otis at his soccer game. In pictures that circulated online, the pair greeted one another with a hug as they flashed big smiles during the reunion.

They later enjoyed the hangout while settling aside to watch the game. At one point, the former couple shared laughter when the "Booksmart" director showed something on her phone to the award-winning actor.

For the outing, Olivia went casual in a white T-shirt and jeans. She paired her look with a tan beanie and sunglasses. As for Jason, he opted for a blue sweatshirt, navy pants and a baseball hat.

The reunion arrived amid their legal battle against their former nanny, Ericka Genaro, who sued them for wrongful termination. The pair recently requested to get the lawsuit dismissed and moved to a private arbitrator.

In court documents, the two claimed that Ericka's wrongful termination lawsuit was improperly filed in California as a civil suit when it should have been filed in New York. "It is unfortunate that this private matter continues to play out in the press," the pair said in a statement on Thursday, May 4.

"Our focus has been and will continue to be to steadfastly protect our family in the face of harassment of any kind. We are confident that the evidence brought forward will affirm our position to summarily dismiss this case and bring our family peace," it continued.

In her lawsuit, Ericka alleged that in February 2023 the famous exes fired her for requesting a "stress leave" due to their messy split which forced her to spend much more time with their children in her absence. "The pressure of [Ericka] not only being the primary caretaker of the children, but also filling in Wilde's absence for the children, became debilitating," her lawsuit read.

Ericka, who worked for the pair from 2018 until 2021, is seeking punitive damages, attorney's fees and cost of the lawsuit.

However, Olivia and Jason denied that Ericka was fired. They claimed that she resigned and even offered to help them out for an extra five months. They additionally alleged that they gave Ericka a generous salary and doubled her salary at the end of 2020. However, when they refused to pay her salary "tax free," Ericka became upset and threatened to "dish" to the media about her time as their nanny for their children.
