The rapper and 'The Little Mermaid' actress prove that their relationship remains strong with the sweet photo after they were hit with breakup rumors earlier this year.

AceShowbiz - DDG and Halle Bailey let the world know that things remain strong between the two. The rapper and "The Little Mermaid" actress, who were hit with split rumors earlier this year, put on a loved-up display in a new photo.

On the snap, which was shared on Friday, April 28, the "Moonwalking in Calabasas" hitmaker and his girlfriend could be seen sharing a sweet hug as they posed for the camera. The couple looked happy together as they smiled ear-to-ear in the picture.

For the outfit, DDG kept it casual in a white T-shirt and black pants. The Chloe x Halle member, in the meantime, sported a bright yellow three-piece set.

DDG sparked speculation that he broke up with Halle in February. Eagle-eyed fans noticed thhat they unfollowed each other on Instagram and he deleted her pictures from his page. Moreover, the emcee vented on Twitter, "All these girls the same. Ain't no wayy," adding a crying emoji.

However, hours later Halle and DDG have re-followed each other. Slamming "gullible" social media users for believing everything what is said on the Internet, the YouTuber wrote, "nobody cheated on nobody btw." Downplaying his previous tweets that sparked the breakup speculation, he also penned, "Don't take my tweets too serious."

Halle, for her part, recently opened up about being in love with DDG. She told British Vogue, "Experiencing deep love for the first time in my life is something I feel has opened a whole new world for me creatively."

"What it feels like to love someone other than your family, like somebody you may not have known two years ago but now they’re the centre of your world," she continued. "I like all of the scary feelings that come with that. I like the suspense, the not knowing what's going to happen, and I feel like that's what I'm supposed to be going through in womanhood."

Halle wen on to note, "It's also deeply sacred... There's a lot of eyes on me now, especially with what's to come." She then elaborated, "And sometimes I wish I didn't have so many eyes on me, especially experiencing something like this for the first time."
