Filing the lawsuit against Glo and her producer Macaroni Toni was Ivory Paynes of the NOLA-based rap group Dog House Posse, who alleges that the two sampled his song 'Street of the Westbank'.

AceShowbiz - GloRilla has been dragged to court over her gold-selling single "Tomorrow". The Memphis femcee is being sued for allegedly sampling an artist's song for her hit track without permission.

Filing the lawsuit against Glo and her producer Macaroni Toni was Ivory Paynes of the NOLA-based rap group Dog House Posse. In docs obtained by TMZ Hip Hop, Ivory claimed Glo and her producer sampled his 1994 song "Street of the Westbank" to make "Tomorrow".

The plaintiff alleged that "Tomorrow" takes key elements from his song, like the piano, cello and drum tracks. Aside from Glo and Macaroni Toni, her record home Collective Music Group and her publishing companies Warner Chappell Music and Sony/ATV Music are also named in the suit.

Glo's remix "Tomorrow 2" was also listed because the track also "utilizes the same instrumental." Her collaborator Cardi B, however, is not listed as a defendant in the case.

Glo dropped "Tomorrow 2" on September 23 alongside its official music video. In the visuals, the two female rappers can be partying hard in New York City along with their girl friends.

The clip opens with GloRilla hitting a mini market to meet some of her pals. They later drive around the city streets and dance in subway stations. The Memphis native then texts her collaborator and asks her to join the group at a house party.

Cardi then shows up, sporting a varsity jacket, black pants and sunglasses. "Ridin' with my twin and nem, and we all on/ She say she my opp but I don't know her, had to look her up/ I know that I'm rich but I can't help it, b***h, I'm hood as f**k/ I've been on these b***hes neck so long, sometimes my foot get stuck," the mom of two raps in her verse.
