The 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star filed for divorce from her estranged husband just 61 minutes before him, accusing him of being a serial cheater in an amended complaint.

AceShowbiz - Drew Sidora and Ralph Pittman are pulling the plug on their nearly 10-year marriage. The reality TV star and her estranged husband have filed for divorce from each other within only one hour apart.
According to TMZ which obtained the documents, Drew's divorce petition was stamped by the Gwinnett Co. court on February 27 at 1:10 P.M., while Ralph's docs were stamped at 2:11 P.M. on the same day. They, however, seem to disagree on the separation date. She lists the separation date as February 23, while he says it was February 19.
They both state that their marriage is "irretrievably broken" and that's why they're filing for divorce. Drew adds in her own docs that she "reserves the right to add additional ground for divorce" if they can't reach an amicable settlement.
Drew has since amended her complaint, claiming that she can't stand Ralph's "continued blatant disrespect and mental abuse any longer." She accuses him of being a serial cheater during their marriage, with some of his alleged side chicks going as far as sending her screenshots of their "sexts" with him.
Drew also claims Ralph has recently gotten physical with her. It allegedly went down in February, when he grabbed her phone out of her hand, causing her to fall to the floor. She says Ralph yelled at her, saying he pays the cell phone bill so the phone belongs to him. She says she was worried about her safety and even considered leaving Atlanta and taking her 3 minor children with her to Chicago where they'd feel safe.
"The Real Housewives of Atlanta" star also says Ralph withdrew a "large sum of money" from her account. She says they tried counseling, but it didn't work. After leaving a counseling session, Ralph even allegedly told her to give him a "heads up" before filing for divorce and that no matter what happened, he'd let her file first, which he really did.
Ralph wants joint physical and legal custody of their 7-year-old son Machai and 5-year-old daughter Aniya, while Drew asks for primary physical and joint legal custody of their two kids. He tries to block Drew from asking for spousal support, noting that she makes good enough money from her reality TV gig. He also claims that she hasn't made any financial contributions to the household throughout majority of their partnership.
