The 'Moonwalking in Calabasas' emcee appears to clap back at people questioning why Halle is still dating him after he releases new song 'Way Too Pettty' which many dub corny.

AceShowbiz - DDG's musical talent apparently has nothing to do with his reputation as a boyfriend. The rapper/YouTube star has fired back at criticism of his relationship with Halle Bailey amid a mockery of his new song.

On Thursday, February 23, the "Moonwalking in Calabasas" hitmaker had the time to respond to people questioning why Halle is still dating him. Getting NSFW, he tweeted while defending his relationship with the R&B singer, " 'why tf she still fw him' I got a mean d**k."

DDG has been trolled after he dropped his new song "Way Too Petty" earlier Thursday. On the song, he appears to address the drama involving Rubi Rose, who was accused of dissing Halle for wearing the same T-shirt as hers. "And don't believe the Internet/ This not that b***h T-shirt, okay," he raps on the song.

After he posted a snippet of the song on Instagram, people flooded the comments section with their take on it. "I love you DDG but this [s**t] is atrocious," one person opined. A second follower harshly said, "Stop dropping bulls**t."

"This shii dont sound too good bro You been on the roll why u make this ?" a third fan questioned. Another thinks that DDG does better as a YouTuber, saying, "Stick to YouTube videos gangy."

Another disappointed fan said, "Damn s**t almost made me unfollow him fr but I know he can do better," while someone else told the 25-year-old star, "don't drop this," though he already did.

Earlier this month, DDG sparked a speculation that he broke up with Halle after they unfollowed each other on Instagram and he deleted her pictures from his page. Moreover, the rapper earlier vented on Twitter, "All these girls the same. Ain't no wayy," adding a crying emoji.

However, hours later Halle and DDG have re-followed each other. Slamming "gullible" social media users for believing everything what is said on the Internet, the YouTuber wrote, "nobody cheated on nobody btw." Downplaying his previous tweets that sparked the breakup speculation, he also penned, "Don't take my tweets too serious."
