AceShowbiz - Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds are officially parents of four. The "Gossip Girl" alum hinted in the Instagram post that she had given birth to the couple's fourth child. In the Sunday, February 12 post, the 35-year-old actress posted a picture of herself, Ryan and his mom Tammy posing together.

"Puppy Bowl Sunday 2023 been busy," so she wrote in the caption. While she didn't indicate that she and the "Deadpool" star had welcomed a new addition to their family in the caption, the picture revealed that she no longer had a baby bump.

In response to the post, fans showed excitement in the comments section. "She discreetly gives birth and then looks like this right afterwards in a tight shirt. She's good at this," one of them commented.

"I mean, jealous you fit into jeans. My last baby is 96 months and I'm still wearing leggings," another fan added, praising Blake's post-baby look. "When you buried the lead that you had your baby. Honestly well done," someone else wrote.

Meanwhile, some others expressed confusion. "WHEN DID YOU HAVE THE BABY?!" one asked. Another added, "Did I miss something? Where is the baby bump?"

Blake and Ryan have yet to share more details about their newborn baby, who joins their daughters Betty (3), Inez (6) and James (8).

Prior to this, Ryan chatted about their baby No. 4 in an interview with Entertainment Tonight. Of their three daughters' feelings about having a new sibling, the "Free Guy" actor said, "They're in. They love it. They're ready."

He went on to say, "I'm very excited. We'd have to be. You know, you'd have to be a moron to do this four times if you didn't like it. It's gonna be nuts, but we're very excited."

Blake first revealed her pregnancy with their fourth child in September 2021. At the time, the "A Simple Favor" actress debuted her baby bump while gracing the red carpet for the 10th Annual Forbes Power Women's Summit. A source spilled to PEOPLE at the time, "Even her friends were surprised that she was pregnant again. She kept it very quiet."
