AceShowbiz - Princess Eugenie is reportedly planning to follow in Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's footsteps. If a new report is to be believed, the youngest daughter of Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson is trying to make an escape to California alongside her husband and children.

Sources close to the prince claim that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex know the plan and are supporting Eugenie, who is now expecting her second child. It's said that the couple is already sending through property recommendations.

Daily Mail states that Meghan and Harry send the listings for properties near them in Montecito as Eugenie and her property developer husband are looking at places in West Hollywood in Los Angeles.

It's also shared that Princess Eugenie and Jack will rent before committing to the U.S. and buying a property. "With a growing family, it all feels like it is about new starts. This isn't just a pipe dream," a source spills to the news outlet.

Eugenie and Jack as well as their two-year-old son August currently split their time between the U.K. and Portugal, where Jack works with Discovery Land Company and property tycoon Mike Meldman. It should be noted that the property has properties in the States as well, and that may be helpful for the couple in their plan to move across the pond.

The report notes that Eugenie may leave Blighty after the birth of her and husband Jack Brooksbank's second child.

It's not a secret that Eugenie and Harry have a close bond. In his bombshell memoir "Spare", the British prince shared that the 32-year-old and her husband were the first royals to meet Meghan.

Harry and Meghan announced on January 8, 2020 their decision to "step back as 'senior' members" of the British royal family and moved to the U.S. After about three months living in a Los Angeles County mansion, the couple moved to Santa Barbara County.
