AceShowbiz - Kristin Cavallari has offered a long-overdue apology to Stephen Colletti. When saying sorry to her ex for cheating on him 18 years ago, "The Hills" alum admitted that she's a "horrible person."

The 36-year-old founder expressed her remorse when co-hosting their "Back to the Beach" podcast. At that time, they reflected on the season two episode of their show "Laguna Beach".

"I will own anything that I did. I don't remember cheating on you. I know that we had talked about maybe I did with [Talan Torriero]," the Uncommon James founder said. "Other than Talan, I don't think I ever cheated on you with anybody else."

Kristin went on to note, "I am more than willing to own up to this right now, because I have blacked it all out of my memory, which is also really f**ked up, and I'm sorry." The TV personality also claimed she couldn't remember others that she cheated on Stephen.

Her ex, however, remembered "a couple of instances.” He mentioned moments when he found out that Kristin had kissed someone from the Saw Creek Grill and that he saw her hooking up with someone at a party.

Kristin later doubled down on her apology. "I'm a horrible person. I am so sorry. I really am. I'm appalled at the stuff that I did, honestly," the ex-wife of Jay Cutler stated. "I am not proud of any of that. That's probably why I blacked it out of my memory."

In August 2022, Stephen apologized to Kristin for his behavior back in 2004 which included calling her a "s**t" and pushing her. "You're seeing a very immature little boy having his emotions boil over and not processing them in the right way, mixed in with a ton of tequila. And it is a very unhealthy combination, and frankly, you know, I was embarrassed," he admitted.

"My mom raised me in a good way to treat women, and I believe in that, to be well-mannered, treat you with respect and to obviously never in a million years lay a finger on somebody or anything like that," he continued. "I was out of control and definitely owe you an apology. So, I am sorry for that."
