The elder brother of Thugger breaks his silence after he accepted a plea deal that gives him a reduced sentence as he pled guilty to one count of conspiracy to violate the RICO Act and one count of theft by receiving stolen property.

AceShowbiz - Unfoonk refuses to be called a snitch. Breaking his silence after accepting a plea deal in YSL RICO case that also dragged his brother Young Thug, the rapper has denied that he betrayed the YSL Records founder with the deal.

Addressing the allegations leveled at him, Unfoonk posted on his Instagram Story soon after news of his plea deal hit the web. "Damn people really think I told on my own brother smh," he wrote on late Tuesday, December 20.

Challenging Internet trolls to find the receipt, he added, "show me in my paper work I told on anybody lol, I'm not even fenna entertain any of it, peace and blessings."

Earlier it's reported that Unfoonk, born Quintavis Grier, accepted a plea deal on Tuesday after admitting guilty to one count of conspiracy to violate the RICO Act and one count of theft by receiving stolen property. He received a 12 year sentence with two years commuted to time served and 10 years probation.

Unfoonk will be prohibited from having contact with his brother and other defendants until the case is over. He must also perform 750 hours of community service, abide by a 10 P.M. to 6 A.M. curfew and cannot have a gun.

He is the fifth person in YSL to take a deal in exchange for a more lenient sentence. Gunna, Lil Duke, Slimelife Shawty and YSL co-founder Walter Murphy have previously also accepted plea deals.

Gunna walked away from prison on December 14 after pleading guilty to a racketeering conspiracy. SlimeLife Shawty took the same route and entered an Alford plea to secure his release. He was sentenced to 10 years after pleading guilty as a first-time offender to one count of conspiracy to violate the RICO act.

Lil Duke was able to get two years of his 12-year sentence commuted after pleading guilty to one count of conspiracy to violate RICO Act. He'll get to serve the rest of the 10 years on probation in his home state of California.

As for Murphy, he received a one year jail sentence, to which he will be given time served of his ten-year sentence, of which the remaining nine will be served on supervised probation.
