The Houston Hottie's former bodyguard Justin Edison, who is a key witness and was scheduled to testify on December 16, still cannot be located and the LAPD is currently looking into his disappearance.

AceShowbiz - A key witness in Tory Lanez's trial over July 2020 shooting incident involving Megan Thee Stallion has gone missing. Megan's former bodyguard Justin Edison is MIA ahead of his scheduled testimony.
Megan's lawyer, Alex Spiro, confirmed to the press on Saturday, December 17 that the Houston Hottie's ex-bodyguard was expected to testify on Friday, December 16 at trial but he didn't show up.
The veteran attorney also confirmed statements he made to The Shade Room about Justin's absence before his scheduled court appearance and that the Los Angeles Police Department is investigating his whereabouts.
"We recently learned that Justin Edison went missing right before he was scheduled to appear in court," he told the gossip website. "The LAPD is currently looking into his disappearance, and welcome any information about his whereabouts."
Justin is the person who prosecutors say Megan's ex-BFF and former assistant, Kelsey Nicole Harris, sent a text to on the night of the July shooting that read, "Help," followed by "Tory shot Meg. 911."
Meanwhile, LAPD reportedly has told TMZ they don't have a missing person case open for Justin. However, that doesn't mean his whereabouts are not a concern. At this point, Justin's alleged disappearance isn't a top priority for police as of yet.
The latest news came after Megan's former best friend Kelsey, who insisted that Tory didn't pay her off though she's been hesitant to provide details while testifying last week, was caught changing her story during the trial. On Friday, Kelsey was heard on a September tape telling cops she saw the "Say It" rapper shooting the "WAP" raptress after she previously testified that she can't really remember what happened.
Elsewhere during the Friday trial, jurors also heard testimony from a DNA expert who said that Tory's DNA on the gun magazine was inconclusive. "If you just tap the trigger, it won't fire," firearms examiner Srinivasan Rathinam said, adding that "you need to pull the trigger all the way down."
Srinivasan also confirmed that the cartridge casings found at the scene of the shooting, four were found by police right after the incident, and one was found by a neighbor the following day, matched the gun found in the vehicle. He then concluded, "I'm not sure whether I can call this an accident."
The trial over the shooting incident began on Monday, December 12. The trial will resume on Monday, December 19 at 10:30 A.M. in Los Angeles with testimony expected to end on Tuesday. Tory is facing three felony counts and could face up to 23 years in prison if convicted.
