The 19-year-old University of South California student has been granted a restraining order against 32-year-old Dwayne Kemp, who reportedly attempted to contact her 2 years ago.

AceShowbiz - Kobe Bryant's daughter can now breathe a sigh of relief. Natalia Bryant reportedly has been granted a three-year restraining order again a gun-obsessed stalker who has been trying to reach out to her for the last two years.
This means the man, who is identified as 32-year-old Dwayne Kemp, could not come within 200 yards of her personal space. According to TMZ, Dwayne is also required to give up all of his weapons.
Natalia filed her petition on November 21. In the docs obtained by the outlet, the 19-year-old claimed the man attempted to contact her 2 years ago, when he was 30 and she was 17, and that the man has been doing everything he can to find her.
The University of South California student says Dwayne is under a delusion they have a romantic relationship. While she has never met him in person, she says she once received a DM from him with an image of her late father Kobe. He allegedly wrote along with it, "Thankful For Him Birthing You, Hopefully We Can Birth Him… 'Kobe'," adding a red heart to the message. The docs say he had the hopes of having "a Kobe-like child together."
Dwayne was recently also caught visiting Natalia's sorority house at USC. In a picture that surfaced online, he brought a bouquet of yellow and orange flowers and held a large bag, possibly hoping to meet her. Sources additionally reveal that the man showed up at one of Natalia's classes and was roaming the building.
And Natalia has a reason to feel not safe with the man following her as he's believed to be in the process of buying at least a gun. He allegedly threatened to buy both an AK-47 and a fully automatic Glock. The docs further describe Dwayne as a gun enthusiast who has been arrested and/or convicted of at least 4 crimes, including one involving firearms.
