The 19-year-old USC student seeks a restraining order against a 32-year-old man with a criminal history involving guns who has been doing everything he can to find her.

AceShowbiz - Kobe Bryant and his family's popularity has unwittingly put one of his daughters in danger. Having been living under the spotlight, Natalia Bryant has been stalked by a gun-obsessed guy who has been trying to reach out to her for the last two years.
Scared for her life, Natalia filed a petition on Monday, November 21, asking a judge for a restraining order against 32-year-old Dwayne Kemp, whom she accuses of stalking her. In the docs obtained by TMZ, the 19-year-old claims the man attempted to contact her 2 years ago, when he was 30 and she was 17, and that the man has been doing everything he can to find her.
The University of South California student says Dwayne is under a delusion they have a romantic relationship. While she has never met him in person, she says she once received a DM from him with an image of her late father Kobe. He allegedly wrote along with it, "Thankful For Him Birthing You, Hopefully We Can Birth Him… 'Kobe'," adding a red heart to the message. The docs say he had the hopes of having "a Kobe-like child together."
Dwayne was recently also caught visiting Natalia's sorority house at USC. In a picture which surfaced online, he brought a bouquet of yellow and orange flowers and held a large bag, possibly hoping to meet her. Sources additionally reveal that the man showed up at one of Natalia's classes and was roaming the building.
And Natalia has a reason to feel not safe with the man following her as he's believed to be in the process of buying at least a gun. He allegedly threatened to buy both an AK-47 and a fully automatic Glock. The docs further describe Dwayne as a gun enthusiast who has been arrested and/or convicted of at least 4 crimes, including one involving firearms.
The LAPD apparently agrees with Natalia and wants a restraining order in place. The eldest daughter of Kobe and his wife Vanessa Bryant is asking the court to order the man to stay at least 200 yards away from her, her home, her job, her school, her sorority house and her car.
