AceShowbiz - Kristin Juszczyk, the fashion designer behind Taylor Swift's viral Chiefs coat, pays tribute to the late basketball legend. She recently gifted Vanessa Bryant and her daughters, Natalia, Bianka, and Capri, with custom Lakers pants for the second Mamba League Invitational.
The event, held in Los Angeles on August 24th, commemorates Kobe's legacy by bringing together the best high school basketball players in the city. Juszczyk's pants feature the numbers "8" and "24," which Bryant wore on the Lakers, as well as the Bryant name and "Lakers" sewn in from an original jersey.
A behind-the-scenes Instagram video shared by Juszczyk showcased the meticulous details honoring Bryant, who tragically passed away in a helicopter crash in 2020 alongside his daughter Gianna and seven others.
Juszczyk had the opportunity to witness her work on Natalia during the event, sharing a hug on the court. Natalia paired her pants with a white T-shirt, black shoulder bag, and gold jewelry. The custom pieces not only honored Kobe's memory but also celebrated the Bryant family's continued involvement in the sport that he loved.
Beyond her work with the Bryant family, Juszczyk has designed for a wide range of high-profile clients, including Brittany Mahomes, Taylor Lautner and her NFL-star husband, Kyle Juszczyk. Her stylish sportswear has gained attention for its attention to detail and unique designs.
Natalia Bryant has also made waves in the fashion industry. She debuted on the runway at the Versace show during Milan Fashion Week in 2023 and has since worked with Beyonce Knowles. Additionally, she has been mentoring her younger sisters and sharing high-fashion modeling photos on her Instagram.
The Bryant family continues to honor Kobe's legacy through the Mamba and Mambacita Sports Foundation. Vanessa Bryant has also used her platform to celebrate her late husband's birthday and release exclusive Mamba and Mambacita Sports merchandise.
