The model daughter of Lionel Richie, who got engaged to Elliot in April, also offers more details about her workout routine while opening up about her diet.

AceShowbiz - Sofia Richie is preparing for her wedding to Elliot Grainge. The model, who will tie the knot with her fiance in a few months, informed her social media followers that she's currently on a "strict diet."
"Ok so I started a strict diet," the 24-year-old penned on Friday, December 2 on Instagram Story. "My wedding is in a few months so I wanted to get an early start on it. I try my hardest to fast until 12pm ( with the Exception of coffee ). For lunch I have either a salad or a high protein meal. I eat my dinner around 630 pm, which is the last meal before I go to bed ( no snacking )."
Sofia went on to note that not only she pays attention to when she eats, but also what she's eating. "I have high protein with tons of veggies," she explained. "I try my hardest to avoid any carbs or sugar, but sometimes I give myself a little treat."
The daughter of Lionel Richie additionally detailed her workout routine. In the footage, she did various workout circuits for "30 seconds each" six times in a row, including "lunge and twist" combo, mat work and wall sit. The catwalk beauty also divulged that she tries "to walk for at least an hour every single day!"
Sofia and Elliot were first linked early in 2020 when they were spotted on a date at Japanese restaurant Matsuhisa Beverly Hills. The pair then went public with their romance in April 2021 by posting a series of PDA-packed photos on Sofia's Instagram, which included a shot of herself kissing her new man.
The lovebirds then got engaged in April this year following a romantic proposal filled with candles and flower petals. Feeling over the moon afterward, the 10K Projects CEO posted an Instagram photo of them kissing with a caption that simply read, "She said yes." In the comment of his post, his new fiancee wrote, "I love you."
