Making use of Instagram on Wednesday, April 20, the model shared a photo which saw her boyfriend getting down on his knee. She followed it up with a picture of the two sharing a kiss. In the caption, she gushed, "Forever isn't long enough @elliot."

The engagement news did not come as surprise since an insider previously told E! News,"They have talked about getting engaged and it's something that Sofia wants and is looking forward to." The unnamed informant continued, "They are a great match and it's going really well. Sofia and Elliot currently live together and the adjustment has been so easy and seamless."

Sofia and Elliot were first linked in April 2021, several months after split from Scott Disick. At that time, the 23-year-old shared a picture of her and the son of Universal Music Group Chairman and CEO Lucian Grainge in an elevator with their masks on. In the accompaniment of the post, she simply put out one sunflower emoji.

Speaking af the pair's romance, a source told Entertainment Tonight at that time, "They have been friends for years and Elliot is also close with Sofia's brother, Miles."
