The 'Unholy' hitmaker shares a clip to express themselves while teasing their new song 'I'm Not Here to Make Friends' but some Internet users are left uncomfortable with the post.

AceShowbiz - Sam Smith is feeling themselves. The "Unholy" hitmaker turned to their social media account to post a fun and sexy video of them shaking and caressing their booty, but the post was met with bitter responses.

On Wednesday, November 30, the 30-year-old teased one of the songs off of their new album "Gloria", titled "I'm Not Here to Make Friends", with a sexy Instagram video. In it, the singer could be seen looking over a tall balcony, wrapped in an orange pashmina.

As they begin to mouth along with the words, the camera panned down to reveal that they're wearing only black tiny underwear and fishnets that barely cover a dancing Betty Boop tattoo on the star's thigh as they groove along to the track. The "Writing's on the Wall" crooner also rocked a pair of long earrings.

The song clip itself offered yet another new sound for Sam as they venture into disco, a four-on-the-floor beat paired with a grooving baseline as they crooned about what they're ready to offer a lover. "I could ease your appetite/ No you've never been this high," they sing. "Don't be scared if you like it/ 'Cause I'm not here to make friends."

In the comment section, however, some social media users failed to catch the vibe. "Tf did i just witness," one person commented, with another adding, "Broooo last time I saw him he came out wit too good at goodbye that was my mannnn bruhhhh wat happened [crying emojis]. I'm still here to support but wowww that was a major change." A third cluelessly said, "What is wrong with you. are you okay. Why are you behaving like that? Are you possessed or something?"

Others pointed out that Sam should be more considerate of things they post online as there may be some kids on their platform. "I respect the gay community but this like this are made to be public imagine my kids watching this, I really can't let my kids be a fan of ya. Sam," wrote one person.

A second echoed, "I hope it have no kids with your fan page profile you have great music but attire yourself with respect an dignity your gender base suppose to be your personal life show case your music that's talent not a man trying to fit has a woman thats wrong Please note it have children who look up to y'all don't play with there minds please great music."

Despite facing criticism, Sam wants the world to know that nothing can stop them from expressing themselves. Last week, the "Dancing With a Stranger" singer, who struggled with body confidence, posted a shirtless mirror selfie.
