AceShowbiz - Tiffany Haddish has made her return to the red carpet after being slapped with child grooming accusations. The "Girls Trip" actress graced the red carpet on "Emancipation" premiere in Los Angeles three months after she's involved in the scandal.

On Wednesday evening, November 30, the 42-year-old actress looked glowing and all smiles at the event of Will Smith's new film at the Regency Village Theatre. For the special day, she stepped out in a stunning powder blue Maison Margiela dress. She completed her look with silver and diamond earrings and a pair of matching powder blue pumps from Paris Texas.

Taking to Instagram to give fans a closer look at her outfit and celebrate her first red carpet event since being involved in the child sexual abuse scandal, Tiffany wrote, "I am so Grateful that My God keeps Surround by the best."

Tiffany made headlines on August 30 when a lawsuit was filed against her and fellow comedian Aries Spears. They were accused of grooming and sexual abuse of two minors. The children, who were 14 years old and 7 years old during the alleged incident, were reportedly recruited by the comedians to perform sexually suggestive content for a sketch titled "Through a Pedophile's Eye".

Then in September, one of the plaintiffs, who's now 22 years old, asked the case be dismissed with prejudice, meaning she cannot refile the same allegations again. "My family and I have known Tiffany Haddish for many years and we now know that she would never harm me or my brother or help anyone else do anything that could harm us," the plaintiff, known only as Jane Doe, said in a statement.

Following the case dismissal, Tiffany said she's getting on with her life, writing on Twitter, "God has been redecorating my life lately and I must say at 1st I was very uncomfortable." She added, "But I see where he is going with it and I am so much better off. Thank You God! You are the best at getting rid of the mess. (and when I say mess you know who and what I mean God) Amen."
