Meanwhile, Nas' brother Jungle catches wind of the 'Her Loss' artist's controversial comments about his rapper brother and doesn't even mince his words in his response.

AceShowbiz - 21 Savage is clearing the air after facing criticism over his recent comments on Nas. Making use of his Twitter account, the "Her Loss" artist denied disrespecting the hip-hop legend despite previously calling him irrelevant.

On Monday, November 14, 21 explained himself in a tweet which read, "I would never disrespect nas or any legend who paved the way for me." The "Spin Bout You" rapper added, "Y'all be tryna take stuff and run with it."

His tweet arrived after he landed in hot water due to his claims that he made during a heated Clubhouse debate over the weekend. "What y'all saying, relevant though? I don't feel like he's relevant. I just feel like he got fans," he said while talking about Nas and his new album "Kings Disease 3".

"He's not relevant, he just has a loyal a** fan base. He just has a loyal fan base and he still make good-a** music," the Atlanta rapper continued, doubling down on his remarks.

Upon catching wind of 21's claims, Twitter users took to the social media platform to express their anger. "Well, I just listened to a Clubhouse and some dude was saying Nas isn't relevant. I think 21 Savage was saying it. It's pathetic to me that 21 Savage thinks he's more of a cultural impact than Nas," one user in particular argued.

"21 Savage was on Clubhouse talking about how Nas is not relevant. I swear this album he did with Drake is going straight to his crooked a** nose," another fumed, referring to 21 and Drizzy's joint album "Her Loss". Someone else added, "Has the nerve to call Nas irrelevant when all this man does is hop on a track and say '21' throughout the entire song."

Nas' brother Jungle also caught wind of the controversy and didn't mince his words in his response. "21 Savage is trash," so he wrote in a reply to a The Shade Room post. "glad Nas dropped KD3 so fans can hear real bars... 21 can u do something for me??"

As for Nas, the "Get Down" rapper has yet to respond to 21's comments.
