The supermodel reportedly 'doesn't want to be disrespectful' to her ex-boyfriend and father of her two-year-old daughter Khai with her new relationship with the 'Titanic' actor.

AceShowbiz - Gigi Hadid has her own reason to keep her relationship with Leonardo DiCaprio from the public. Words on the street are that the supermodel is keeping her romance low-key to respect Zayn Malik, her ex and father of daughter Khai.
"Gigi and Leo have been seeing each other and are very into each other, but Gigi has been trying to keep things low-key with their relationship," a source told Entertainment Tonight. "They are trying to keep things private and not show too much PDA while out together."
The so-called insider went on to add, "Gigi is trying to be mindful of Zayn's feelings and doesn't want to be disrespectful to him with her new relationship." Gigi and Zayn, who are now co-parenting, reportedly "only want what is best for each other." The informant further noted, "They are doing their best to have a cordial relationship, be the best parents they can be, and co-parent Khai in a healthy way."
Gigi and Zayn first sparked romance rumors in November 2015 when they stepped out together at an American Music Awards afterparty. Then in September 2020, they welcomed their baby girl, Khai.
Then in October last year, they called it quits after the former One Direction singer allegedly "struck" Gigi's mom Yolanda Hadid, which the "Pillowtalk" singer had vehemently denied. "They are not together right now. They are both good parents though," a family friend spilled at the time. "They co-parent. Yolanda is of course very protective of Gigi. She wants the best for her daughter and grandchild."
As for Gigi and Leo, the pair reportedly started dating after the "Titanic" star broke up with his girlfriend of five years Camila Morrone in August this year. "Gigi and Leo are the real deal. They've been hanging out a lot and are very into each other," a source claimed. "Things are going well between them and they're both happy."
More recently, Gigi and Leo were spotted hanging out together during CircoLoco's massive Halloween party at the Brooklyn Navy Yard. The rumored couple even stayed "late into the night" as they had "a great time."
While they're seemingly enjoying things between them, it's said that Gigi is not ready to introduce Leo to her 2-year-old daughter Khai. "Gigi is still getting to know Leo, so introducing him to her daughter is not something she's considering at this point," an insider close to the 27-year-old beauty said, adding that "in fact, it isn't even on her radar."
