AceShowbiz - Megan Thee Stallion had a few things to say following the release of Drake and 21 Savage's new album "Her Loss". On one of the new songs, "Circo Loco", the emcees appear to diss the Houston Hottie with lyrics that seemingly refer to a 2020 shooting incident involving Tory Lanez.
"Circo Loco" was released on Friday, November 4. On the new-released track, Drake raps, "This b***h lie about getting shot but she still a stallion," which caused the Hotties to catch a whiff of the tune, prompting Meg to respond as her name became a trending topic on Twitter.
Defending herself, the Hot Girl Meg first tweeted, "I know I'm very popular but y'all gotta stop attaching weak a** conspiracy theories in bars to my name lol N***as nor h*es EVER address me or @ me WITH a fact or receipts." She added, "I AM CLOUT B***H keep sucking my p***y."
Later, a Twitter user replied to her post, "he said stallion tho so technically he did say your name," to which the 27-year-old Grammy-winning raptress responded, "A stallion is slang for a TALL THICK WOMAN."
"Stop using my shooting for clout b***h a** N***as!" Meg further stressed in a following post. "Since when tf is it cool to joke abt women getting shot !" she fumed, "You n***as especially RAP N***AS ARE LAME! Ready to boycott bout shoes and clothes but dog pile on a black woman when she say one of y'all homeboys abused her." She continued expressing her disgust as writing, "And when the mf facts come out remember all y'all h*e a** favorite rappers that stood behind a N***a that SHOT A FEMALE."
However, many social media users later called out Meg for "doing too much" whenever she defends herself. "People attack me y'all go up for it , i defend myself now I'm doing too much … every time it never ends and this did NOT happen until I came out and said I got shot …," she tweeted. Seemingly getting tired of the drama, the "Savage" hitmaker concluded, "y'all don't fwm okay cool f**k it bye."
Despite Meg's explanation, many believe that the controversial "Circo Loco" line is a reference to Megan's assault trial against Tory from an incident that occurred in 2020, with the charges being that he shot her. In September, the trial was delayed. The "Say It" rapper has been under house arrest since.
However, in March, there appeared to be tension between Megan and Drake, after he, and a few other artists, including Rihanna, allegedly unfollowed her on Instagram. According to Capital Xtra, there were rumors that Rihanna's baby daddy, A$AP Rocky, had cheated on her with Megan.
