Khloe Kardashian's tweets

In response to the tweets, some fans applauded Khloe for having a big courage to share such vulnerable moments with everyone. "I can't imagine sharing my worst moments. I think you are amazing," one fan wrote to Khloe. "And I'm sorry people think it's okay to troll you and be hateful towards you. God has blessed you in so many ways. Another supporter added, "No one should shame you for trusting a person you love. He is the one who should be ashamed."

In the season premiere, viewers saw Khloe dealing with the aftermath of discovering her on-and-off ex Tristan Thompson had fathered a child with another woman. Not stopping there, Khloe revealed that the NBA star was aware of it when he and Kardashian decided to move forward with having another baby together via surrogate.

The episode also saw Khloe welcoming the baby boy in July. Of the name of her son, Khloe said, "It is going to start with a T." The TV star, who already has daughter True with Tristan, went on to say, "I mean, that's really the only names I've been looking at."

Khloe also shared that the birth of her second child served as the key to "healing" from the "trauma" of Tristan fathering a child with another woman after conceiving theirs. "Ever since [I found out in] December [2021], it's been this dark cloud looming over me every single day," she said in a confessional, noting that she had been "depressed and sad" but was now able to "enjoy" her expanding family.
