AceShowbiz - Rubi Rose tried to brush off rumors she got breast implants but it didn't work. The "I Like" raptress has been accused of lying after she claimed that she didn't have any surgery for her chest.
Making use of her Instagram account on Wednesday, September 21, the 24-year-old hip-hop artist shared a video in which she denied that she got breast implants. In the video which saw her explaining the situation in her car, she said that her chest is significantly "swollen" because of her period. "Just during my period, and my tits swelled up. It gives B cup h*e," she declared.
However, social media users didn't buy her claim. "Lol chile , if you got the money then do what you want but you don't gotta lie," one person commented after The Shade Room reposted her video. Another commented, "She be lying for no reason."
Someone else commented, "Lmao a medical phenomenon. You can go from A CUP to C CUP when your period starts," to which Rubi intervened and said, "Come and see me next week, chile."
"Why does she have to lie about it I'm confused… it's okay if you did," another assured. A separate user wrote, "They cute now girl we gone see in 5-7 days then," while a different person pointed out, "Gurl we can see the difference."
Fans noticed Rubi's new appearance after she posted a video of her putting on a busty display while wearing a tight brown top via Instagram Story on Tuesday, September 20. Since then, her name has been trending on Twitter.
In March, Rubi talked about her breasts on Twitter, noting that she's always been living "with no boobs." She wrote at the time, "I've always been hella skinny with no boobs- and i would feel like a little boy so I'd try and dress sexy and show my bum to be more feminine. But I gained like 20 pounds this past year & now im thick as s**t."
