AceShowbiz - "The Bachelorette" alum DeMario Jackson was sued by two separate women who claim that he sexually assaulted them. According to the women, who both filed under the pseudonym Jane Doe, Jackson used his status as a TV personality to "lure the unsuspecting plaintiffs" into situations that only benefited him.

They filed the complaint in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Tuesday, September 20. In the court documents, which were obtained by TMZ, one of the women said that she first met Jackson via a dating app in 2018. They went out a few times before she agreed to let him stay the night at her home when he became drunk.

The woman said that Jackson promised that nothing sexual would take place that night. However, Jackson allegedly pined her to the bed and sexually assaulted her. The plaintiff claimed that she was fearing for her life at that moment.

As for the second woman, she met Jackson in 2019. After chatting sparingly on social media at first, the "Bachelor in Paradise" alum asked her out a year later. She alleged that he insisted that it take place at his apartment because he was worried he'd be recognized if they went out in public and she agreed.

The date went sour when Jackson allegedly pressured her to have sex. She claimed that she was initially reluctant and told him to stop, but he ignored her request.

They accuse Jackson of sexual assault, false imprisonment and intentional infliction of emotional distress. The women are seeking unspecified damages in the suit.

Jackson has yet to comment on the lawsuit.

Back in 2017, Jackson was involved in a controversy during a filming of "Bachelor in Paradise". At the time, the production on the "The Bachelor" spin-off was suspended because he and co-star Corrine Olympios allegedly got a little too frisky while hooking up in the pool in front of the camera. The incident led to charges of "sexual misconduct" that were eventually dropped after an internal investigation determined that nothing improper had occurred.

The filming eventually resumed without Corrine, who referred to herself as a "victim" in her statement. She, however, joined the cast during the season reunion, during which she said there were "no hard feelings between me and DeMario."
