AceShowbiz - Post Malone is offering an update on his health after taking a terrible tumble onstage. In a new social media post, the "Sunflower" hitmaker assured his concerned fans that he's doing fine and he's on the mend as his ribs were injured.

On Sunday, September 18, the 27-year-old musician spoke about the incident which took place at the Enterprise Center in St. Louis on Saturday in a selfie video he shared on Twitter. "Whenever we do the acoustic part of the show, the guitars on the guitar stand...it goes down, and there's this big-a** hole, so I go around there and I turn the corner and bust my a**," he began.

"Winded me pretty good. Got me pretty good. We just got back from the hospital and everything's good. Everything's good," Post explained. "They gave me some pain meds and everything and we can keep kicking a** on the tour."

Post also apologized to his fans in St. Louis in his Twitter video. "Next time I'm around this way, we're going to do a two-hour show for you, so we can make up for the couple missed songs that we missed," he said. "Thank you guys for your support and thank you for your love and thanks for hanging around even though I got my a** kicked by myself. I love you guys. Thank you and have a great night. Thank you, St. Louis."

Post's manager, Dre London, later addressed reports that the hip-hop star broke 3 ribs. "didn't break 3 ribs lastnite thank god," wrote Dre, adding, "We did X-rays @ hospital after the show & they declared he had bruised his ribs! In true Posty fashion loving his fans he finished the show!"

Post was injured after an accidental step caused him to fall through an open trap door onstage. In videos circulating online, the "Rockstar" hitmaker was belting out his hit song "Circles" and was stomping down the stage's ramp when he evidently missed the hole that his instrument had just been lowered into. A team of medics appeared on stage to aid his injuries for several minutes as fans lit up with confusion.

After his fall caused a delay, Post returned to the stage. He later apologized to his fans, "St. Louis, I'm so f**king sorry I ruined the show tonight, ladies and gentleman. I promise next time I come around, I won't f**king wreck y'all's night, I'm sorry for that. That being said, f**k… That being said, I want to thank you for your patience and I'm sorry."

"There was a big-a** hole in the middle of the stage that I busted my a** on," Post continued. "I want to say thank you to everybody for hanging in there and thank you to everybody for… I got the best f**king fans in the world." He then performed a slightly shortened set including "Rockstar", "Sunflower", "White Iverson" and "Cooped Up" ft. Roddy Ricch.
