Breaking their silence on the erratic behavior that they've recently exhibited, 'The Flash' star apologizes 'to everyone that I have alarmed and upset with my past behavior.'

AceShowbiz - Ezra Miller is finally acknowledging their mental health problems after displaying erratic behavior. The actor has announced that they're seeking treatment for "complex mental health issues" following multiple arrests.

"The Flash" star broke their silence on their troubling behavior in a statement provided to Variety by a representative on Monday, August 15. "Having recently gone through a time of intense crisis, I now understand that I am suffering complex mental health issues and have begun ongoing treatment," Miller begins.

There's no word on where or how long Miller will be seeking treatment. The 29-year-old further expresses remorse for their actions, "I want to apologize to everyone that I have alarmed and upset with my past behavior. I am committed to doing the necessary work to get back to a healthy, safe and productive stage in my life."

Miller, who is non-binary and uses they/them pronouns, was arrested back in March for disorderly conduct following an alleged physical altercation with patrons after having hurled obscenities at clients at a karaoke bar in Hawaii.

In the following month, the "Justice League" star was again taken into custody in Hawaii for second-degree assault by Leilani Estates Subdivision police authorities in Pahoa for allegedly throwing a chair, which hit a 26-year-old woman and left a half-inch cut on her forehead, after being told to leave during a private get-together.

Earlier this month, Miller was charged with felony burglary in Vermont. The New Jersey native was accused of stealing bottles of alcohol from a private property in May and is due to be arraigned on September 26.

Miller is also accused by parents of 18-year-old activist Tokata Iron Eyes of grooming and manipulating the teen. Police additionally suspect that the actor was hiding the whereabouts of a 25-year-old mother and her three kids who were staying at their farm house.

Amid Miller's mounting legal issues, Warner Bros. was weighing options for "The Flash", according to The Hollywood Reporter. The first scenario is to have the actor seeking professional help. If that happens, the actor could give an interview at some point explaining their erratic behavior over the past few years and is expected to do limited press for "The Flash", while the movie would open in cinemas as planned.

The second option is, if Miller doesn't reach out for help, their role would be reduced prominently in terms of marketing and publicity, and they will not return as The Flash in any future movies. The third and worst scenario is if Miller deteriorates further, Warners. will likely scrap the $200 million movie altogether.
