When Vermont State Police visited the 'Flash' star's house to serve the mother an emergency care order, the 29-year-old reportedly told them that the family hasn't lived there in months.

AceShowbiz - Police are searching for a 25-year-old mother and her three kids who were staying at Ezra Miller's house. The whereabouts of the family housed at their Vermont property remain unknown as authorities suspect that the actor is hiding their location.
According to court documents viewed by Rolling Stone, Vermont State Police visited Miller's Vermont farm this weekend to serve the mother an emergency car order that demanded the children's removal from her care and the home over fear of their safety. However, the actor claimed the family hasn't lived there in months.
Officials said the statement provided by Miller contradicts information they received about the family's whereabouts. The Vermont State Attorney's office said the response seemed like an attempt to "evade service" of the order.
"Miller, the owner of the residence, advised that Mother and the children had not been staying there for the past two months," the order reads. "This contradicts information [the DCF caseworker] presented to the Court in her affidavit as Mother was posting on social media in late July 2022 that [the case worker] recognized as the inside of Miller's residence."
The order says that "remaining in the home is contrary to the child's welfare" and that the children's "safety cannot be reasonably assured" if they remain "in the custody of the child's parent, guardian or custodian."
Police showed up again at Miller's residence on Tuesday night, August 9 for about an hour, but it's not clear if they were at the property over the emergency care order or another matter.
The father of the three children told Rolling Stone in June that he was concerned for his kids' well-being, claiming that guns and marijuana were easily accessible to them at "The Flash" actor's farm. The mother, meanwhile, told the outlet the star has "helped" her get away from what she described as an "abusive ex" and expressed gratitude for having a "safe environment." She said Miller's farm was "a healing haven for us."
"I got a bad feeling in my stomach. I do want to go get my kids, they mean the f**king world to me," the dad said at the time, also claiming that Miller paid to fly the woman and her kids to Vermont after meeting them in Hawaii earlier this year.
This is the least of legal issues that Miller has to worry about now. The "Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore" star was arrested back in March for disorderly conduct following an alleged physical altercation with patrons after having hurled obscenities at clients at a karaoke bar.
In April, Miller was taken into custody for second-degree assault by Leilani Estates Subdivision police authorities in Pahoa for allegedly throwing a chair, which hit a 26-year-old woman and left a half-inch cut on her forehead, after being told to leave during a private get-together.
Most recently, Miller was charged with felony burglary in Vermont. The "Justice League" star was accused of stealing bottles of alcohol from a private property in May and is due to be arraigned on September 26.
