According to a new report, the former Spice Girls member and the wife of her son Brooklyn Beckham have been engaged in a full-on cold war even before Brooklyn and Nicola tied the knot in April.

AceShowbiz - Victoria Beckham (Victoria Adams) and daughter-in-law Nicola Peltz apparently aren't in the best relationship. According to a new report, the former Spice Girls member and the wife of her son Brooklyn Beckham have been feuding even before Brooklyn and Nicola tied the knot in April.
A source close to the Beckhams spilled to Page Six, "They can't stand each other and don't talk." The informant went on to add, "The build-up to the wedding was horrendous."
The source claimed that Nicola didn't want Victoria "to be any part of the planning, and she wouldn't clue Victoria in on anything. Communication was minimal." Things became harder as the Posh Spice was allegedly already having a hard time to warm up to the new member of the family.
The insider went on to say that it's become "non-stop petty drama" which affected the rest of Beckhams, who are currently living in Miami, and Brooklyn. "They haven't spoken to him much in the last few months," the source noted of the 23-year-old model, who is living in Nicola's apartment in Los Angeles. Brooklyn also didn't help the situation when he posted a cover of British magazine Tatler which called the "Transformers: Age of Extinction" actress "The New Mrs. Beckham."
It was said that Nicola seemingly suffers from a little jealousy about her husband's globally renowned mom. The "Bates Motel" star allegedly wasn't thrilled that the 48-year-old beauty got a lot of attention, especially around her wedding day.
Meanwhile, another report claimed that Victoria is allegedly insecure that she will lose Brooklyn to Nicola as they are living apart. "I think it's very difficult for Victoria, coming from a tight-knit family, to see her son grow close to his in-laws," a source told Daily Mail. "Like any mom, she worries she could be losing him, and I think she is determined to stay on Nicola's good side to ensure that doesn't happen."
"There seems to be some sort of distance between the Beckham family and the Peltz clan," the insider added, noting that "the top table was all Peltzes and it really felt as though the Beckhams were not at the forefront." The source continued, "There was a feeling that the wedding was all about the Peltz family, as you can imagine, as it was their house and their daughter and their son making the speeches."
Reps for both Victoria and Nicola have yet to comment on the report.
