The 34-year-old model-and-reality star files legal paperwork to Superior Court to end her longtime court battle with the son of Kris Jenner over claims of revenge porn.

AceShowbiz - Blac Chyna wants to be freed from her legal issue as soon as possible. The reality star and model has filed legal documents to end her longtime court battle with her ex Rob Kardashian over claims of revenge porn.

In the newly unsealed court documents, the "Real Blac Chyna" star filed the motion on Friday, July 29. She requested the Los Angeles County Superior Court to dismiss the revenge porn claim against her ex with prejudice after the pair reached a settlement.

The action would put an end to the ongoing legal issue and prohibit future claims in connection with the case between the exes, who are parents to their 5-year-old daughter Dream Renee Kardashian.

In June, it's reported that Blac, whose real name is Angela Renee White, and Rob came to an accord on the case after Rob's legal team was denied a motion to the court to implement a settlement after saying that "[Blac] and her counsel have acted in bad faith."

In the motion filed earlier that month, the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" alum claimed that Blac said she would drop her lawsuit if he helped her get out of the lawsuit filed against her by "former friend" Justin C. Jones.

Justin, who is Blac's ex, accused the pair of "public disclosure of private facts" and "intentional infliction of emotional distress" after they allegedly caused him to face cyberbullying as a result of outing him as gay, according to TMZ. Rob agreed to the deal in May, but Blac subsequently "changed her mind" and threatened to move forward to trial with their revenge porn lawsuit.

Blac has been in a legal battle with the Kardashian-Jenner family since 2017. She sued Rob and his family that October, accusing them of defaming her, damaging her brand as well as verbally and physically abusing her. She said she endured "significant damages" following a social media rampage from Rob, in which he shared three naked photos of her and accused her of abusing drugs and alcohol and cheating.

In May, the Kardashian-Jenner clan scored a major legal victory in the defamation case with no damages awarded to Blac. Blac's attorney has since announced their intention to appeal the verdict. In mid-June, Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian and Kylie Jenner's legal team asked for nearly $400,000 to cover their court costs.
