The 'Way Life Goes' rapper makes use of his Twitter account to show support to the 'Pimpin' Ain't Eazy' spitter following his recent arrest in Florida as he backs Kodak's lawyer's claim about his prescription.

AceShowbiz - Lil Uzi Vert has some encouraging messages for Kodak Black. After Kodak was arrested on drug-related charges in Broward County, Florida almost two weeks ago, Uzi took to his Twitter account to show support to the "Pimpin' Ain't Eazy" spitter as he backed Kodak's lawyer's claim about his prescription.

"Everybody know Kodak Jus got shot I seen this N***a with his scripts," "The Way Life Goes" rapper tweeted on Wednesday, July 27. "Idk why he going thru this s**t still Mannn Wtf going on down there In Broward ? @KodakBlack1k you blessed tho fam you will threw any situation that's put in front of you."

Kodak caught wind of the supportive message. Quote-retweeting Uzi's post, the "Super Gremlin" rapper wrote, "SMH Broward B Trippin Bad."

Fans were loving how the two musicians were supporting each other. "This how you lift yo brother up," one user praised. Gushing over Uzi, another person called him "so nice."

Uzi's tweet arrived after Kodak threatened to sue police officers who took him into custody, claiming that he was being "racially profiled." The 25-year-old wrote on the blue bird app on Tuesday, "This S**t bogus Af I feel like This a character assassination issue Kuz theirs no way I should be getting harassed bout my tag being expired , that's no reason to even search my car in the first place and going to jail about having my medication in the car is insane."

"Ima Sue these people for every dollar I gotta spend bout this s**t !" the Pompano Beach native further fumed. "I'm being racially profiled and as a Black man in America. I deserve my freedom especially with everything I do for my community I should be getting love, respect and support from the authorities ! To move freely , not getting arrested for expired tag and dark windows."

The "Wake Up in the Sky" rapper went on to add, "This a self inflicted wound that coulda been prevented! My people posta made sure my tags stay up and my tints just right but @ da same time I should have a pass to drive with tints due to my status AT LEAST !!!" He then raged, "I show all this love round here just to get slapped in the face."

Earlier this month, Kodak was arrested in Florida during a traffic stop due to an expired tag and illegal window tints. It was reported that police found "30+ Oxycodone pills" and $74,960 in cash in his vehicle. Born Bill K. Kapri, he was ultimately charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and trafficking oxycodone but his attorney claimed that the oxycodone found in the vehicle was legally prescribed to the rapper after he was shot in February.
