Claiming that he was 'racially profiled' as a Black man in America, the emcee stresses that he deserves his 'freedom especially with everything I do for my community.'

AceShowbiz - Kodak Black is not done getting things off his chest following his recent arrest. Claiming that he was being "racially profiled," the "Wake Up in the Sky" rapper threatened to sue police officers who took him into custody.

The 25-year-old expressed his frustration on Twitter on Tuesday, July 26. "This S**t bogus Af I feel like This a character assassination issue Kuz theirs no way I should be getting harassed bout my tag being expired , that's no reason to even search my car in the first place and going to jail about having my medication in the car is insane," he argued.

"Ima Sue these people for every dollar I gotta spend bout this s**t !" the Pompano Beach native further fumed in another tweet. "I'm being racially profiled and as a Black man in America. I deserve my freedom especially with everything I do for my community I should be getting love, respect and support from the authorities ! To move freely , not getting arrested for expired tag and dark windows.

Kodak went on to note, "This a self inflicted wound that coulda been prevented! My people posta made sure my tags stay up and my tints just right but @ da same time I should have a pass to drive with tints due to my status AT LEAST !!!" He then raged, "I show all this love round here just to get slapped in the face."

Kodak was arrested in Florida during a traffic stop earlier this month due to an expired tag and illegal window tints. It was reported that police found "30+ Oxycodone pills and over $50,000 in cash" in his vehicle.

After being let go from jail, Kodak called out the officer who arrested him. "Hey I'm Officer Pinky D**k The One On The News For Arresting The Rapper Kid With The Big D**k And Alotta Cash,' " he tweeted at that time. " 'Yea My Daughter Talks About It So Much I Had To Pull Em Over So I Can Feel It Myself .. No Lie Bro Felt Like He Had A Shotgun In His Front Pocket."

Kodak, however, is now in a house arrest after he was caught violating the terms of his supervised release. He will be restricted to his home at all times except for reasons deemed medical, court appearances, attorney visits or court-ordered obligations, employment 48 hours in advance notice to perform concerts and events and other activities as pre-approved by the supervising officer
