The alleged victim, who goes by Jane Doe, refiles the complaint in a California district court after submitting it to a Los Angeles federal court on February 9.

AceShowbiz - Snoop Dogg's accuser has changed her mind. A few months after dropping a sexual assault lawsuit against the "Young, Wild & Free" hitmaker, the woman decided to refile the complaint.

The court documents were first submitted to a Los Angeles federal court on February 9. On Friday, July 22, it was unveiled that the alleged victim, who goes by Jane Doe, refiled the complaint in a California district court.

In the new filing, the woman claimed Snoop has used Instagram to "threaten, intimidate, and coerce Plaintiff into not exercising her constitutional rights to engage in a mediation." She also quote a since-deleted post from the rapper, that read, "Gold digger season is here be careful Nefews keep ya guards up."

"Defendant Snoop Dogg's pattern and practice of threats, retaliation, harassment, and intimidation unsurprisingly did not stop there," Jane Doe's legal team wrote, adding that a spokesperson for the emcee revealed the woman's identity despite the fact that she had requested anonymity.

Snoop was aware of the news. His spokesperson told Rolling Stone, "The complaint refiled today against Snoop Dogg by 'Jane Doe' and her attorney is meritless. It follows Jane Doe's attorney's voluntarily dismissing just a few months ago her previous complaint on the alleged matter. He also dismissed an earlier complaint - this is the third try."

"As before, this refiled complaint is riddled with and predicated upon falsehoods and inaccuracies. Moreover, as Jane Doe and her attorney know or should know, Jane Doe has never been Snoop Dogg's employee," the spokesperson added. "In March 2022, the plaintiff and her attorney were served with a motion to dismiss by legal counsel for Snoop Dogg."

"That motion made clear to Jane Doe and her attorney the false nature of Jane Doe's allegations against Snoop Dogg. Jane Doe's attorney then in April 2022 asked the court to dismiss his client's complaint. Snoop Dogg looks forward to proving the falsity of these allegations," the statement continued.

Jane Doe dropped the lawsuit "without prejudice" back in April. In the legal docs, she claimed the alleged incident took place back in 2013 after she watched the "Straight Outta Compton" actor's performance in Anaheim, California.
