The NBA star is spotted walking hand-in-hand with a female companion as he heads home from a nightclub at 5 A.M. on the heels of news he and Khloe Kardashian are expecting a baby together via surrogate.

AceShowbiz - Kylie Jenner will no longer see Tristan Thompson in her Instagram feed. The Kylie Cosmetics founder has unfollowed love rat Tristan after he was caught holding hands with a mystery woman in Mykonos, Greece just days after news broke that he and Khloe Kardashian are expecting baby No. 2.
On Monday, July 18, eagle-eyed fans noticed that the youngest daughter of Kris Jenner hit the unfollow button on Tristan's Instagram page. However, Tristan is still following the 24-year-old reality star.
This came after the NBA star was spotted walking hand-in-hand with his lady companion as he headed home from a nightclub on Sunday, July 17 at around 5 A.M., per TMZ. Tristan was previously photographed partying with the brunette beauty at a club called Bonbonniere.
For the night outing, the basketball player sported a floral-pattern shirt which he paired with dark pants and white sneakers. As for the lady, she donned a body-hugging orange and brown swirl dress.
The Canada native is currently vacationing on the Greek island with friends and was first photographed exploring the city on Friday, July 15. His trip came days after it's confirmed on Wednesday, July 13, that he and Khloe are preparing to welcome a second child together via surrogate.
"We can confirm True will have a sibling who was conceived in November," a rep for the Good American founder said in a statement. "Khloe is incredibly grateful to the extraordinary surrogate for such a beautiful blessing. We'd like to ask for kindness and privacy so that Khloe can focus on her family."
While Tristan and Khloe are expanding their family, they have no plans to get back together. "Khloe and Tristan are co-parenting, but not speaking [outside] of coparenting, that is the only communication they have anymore," an insider explained.
The baby was conceived prior to the revelation that Tristan had cheated on Khloe and fathered another child with Maralee Nichols, a son named Theo, in June last year. The so-called insider added, "Tristan has realized that he's a parental figure to True and the new baby [and] that's all he is to Khloe right now."
Just weeks before True was born, Khloe and Tristan split after it emerged he had been unfaithful during her pregnancy, but the pair got back together in 2020 before going their separate ways again last summer, months before it was revealed the sportsman had a son.
