According to The Indianapolis Star, A.J. McLean was the first to notice a woman who had 'some sort of emergency' during the boyband's show on Sunday. July 10.

AceShowbiz - Backstreet Boys has earned praise for their good deeds during a recent performance. Many on social media applauded the boyband after they stopped their Indiana concert to help a fainting fan.

Nick Carter, Howie Dorough, A.J. McLean, Brian Littrell and Kevin Richardson were singing "That's The Way I Like It" when a woman near the front of the audience had "some sort of emergency." According to The Indianapolis Star, A.J. was the first to notice the issue.

After A.J. raised his arm to stop the music and his band's performance, "about a dozen employees moved into the audience." Later, it was revealed in a TikTok video that the woman in question passed out.

In the footage, A.J. could be seen telling the crowd, "Give her some space. Thank you. Please give her space." He then asked the individual, "Are you OK?"

After a few moments, fans thanked A.J. while he confirmed that EMTs were on their way, to which he replied, "Of course... We want everyone to enjoy the show." As for the woman, she was reportedly taken out of the venue in a wheelchair and was awake as she departed.

Upon seeing the clip, a number of TikTok users praised the group. "This is why the guys are the best.. the concern they have for their fans is amazing!" one person gushed, while another added, "They are so sweet to stop the show and making sure she was ok."

A different individual commented, "All five of them are such a class act, and should be the standard for every single touring entertainer on the planet, period." Someone else then chimed in, "They look so worried!!!!! Great job guys!"

The Indiana show is a part of Backstreet Boys' "DNA World Tour". When performing in Toronto, Canada earlier this month, the boyband got a special visitor, who is none other than Drake. The rapper joined the group performing their hit song, "I Want It That Way".
