The Grammy-winning female rapper initially wanted to cancel dropping the song, but she confirmed that it will still be released because 'at the end of the day, the record is amazing.'

AceShowbiz - Cardi B is set to release a new single ft. Kanye West and Lil Durk called "Hot S**t". Unfortunately, the "WAP" hitmaker revealed that the track will arrive without a music video.

About the reason, the 29-year-old explained during an Instagram Live, "You know how I usually do the most with the promo?" She added, "I just don't feel like doing too much this time around because I'm just exhausted with everybody. I'm so tired of people not doing their f**king job correctly, I'm so tired of people just doing things their way. I'm just over it, you know what I'm saying?"

Cardi initially wanted to cancel dropping the song, but she confirmed that it will still be released. "At the end of the day, the record is amazing," she assured her fans. "I love the record, it's something that I feel like y'all haven't heard from me before."

The wife of Offset unleashed a teaser of "Hot S**t" via Instagram. "My new single 'Hot S**t' available everywhere THIS FRIDAY 7/1," she declared. 'Tomorrow 8pm I got another surprise for yall, tune in."

Cardi hasn't released a song since dropping "Up" in February 2021. However, she made guest appearances on some tracks like Normani Kordei's "Wild Side", Lizzo's Rumors", Summer Walker's "No Love (Extended)" as well as Kay Flock's "Shake It" over the last year.

As for Kanye, he previously teased that he finished a verse for the "Hustlers" actress back in January. "My cousins was saying 'Come by here' yesterday but I was finishing, I was finishing that verse for your girl, you know what I mean," the billionaire emcee said when sitting down with Hollywood Unlocked, referring to the female rapper. "I always believed in her since she was on [Love & Hip-Hop], period."
