Despite not being listed as one of the defendants in the lawsuit filed by her former 'RHOA' co-star, the 44-year-old TV personality insinuates that she is not happy with the legal drama.

AceShowbiz - Kim Zolciak-Biermann has reacted to NeNe Leakes' lawsuit against Bravo and Andy Cohen. Having been cited in the legal docs by her former "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" co-star, Kim called NeNe's action "ridiculous."
The 44-year-old offered her two cents in an epsiode of OWN's "The Nightcap with Carlos King". In a preview clip from the episode shared by Entertainment Tonight on Thursday, June 9, she said, "[NeNe] knows what she's saying is not true in regards to me."
"That's ridiculous, and she knows it," the mother of Brielle Biermann further stressed. "So, I'll deal with her when she's done with them."
NeNe filed the lawsuit in Atlanta federal court on April 20. In the docs, in which she also listed NBCUniversal, production companies True Entertainment and Truly Original as defendants, the 54-year-old alleged that the team ignored her complaints about years of racist remarks from Kim.
NeNe claimed in 2012 during the fifth season, Kim made "racially offensive and stereotypical" comments about her and Kandi Burruss, calling her neighborhood a "ghetto." At the same year, Kim reportedly used the N-word to refer to the "Glee" alum and other Black housewives in a dispute.
NeNe stated in the suit that she has complained to the executives about Kim's actions. However, they "did not terminate their relationship with her, nor take any other meaningful action to put an end to her racially-offensive behavior" and rewarded her own spin-off series instead.
According to the docs, the execs also tried to stop NeNe from showing her support for the Black Lives Matter movement by keeping her off episodes where the housewives addressed the matter. "As the Black Lives Matter movement swept our nation, Mrs. Leakes - Bravo's historically most successful Black female talent - should have been embraced by NBC, Bravo, and True," the suit said. "Instead, NBC, Bravo, and True forced her out of the 'house she built,' denying her a regular role."
