When interviewing the 'Don't Look Up' star, who is on her bathroom, by phone, the talk show host accidentally refers to the Oscar-winning actress' newborn as 'him.'

AceShowbiz - Ellen DeGeneres may have let out the sex of Jennifer Lawrence's baby. The comedian is believed to have accidentally spilled that the actress and her husband Cooke Maroney are proud parents to a baby boy.

It happened as Ellen called Jennifer to interview her on the toilet in a Monday, May 23 episode of "The Ellen DeGeneres Show". Mentioning how the actress used to pretend she was interviewed by Ellen while she was on the toilet, the host decided to bring it full circle by calling the 31-year-old, who is also her neighbor.

"This is a full-circle moment because people don't know this, but I used to live in the house that you live in now when I started the show 20 years ago," Ellen said. "Now I live next door to you, and I'm looking at you living in my house with a brand-new baby."

Praising Jennifer's motherhood skills, Ellen went on sharing, "By the way, I do hear you sometimes talking to him. … I can hear you go, 'I know!' It's so sweet." The Oscar-winning actress was heard exclaiming "Aww" over the comment, but didn't react to the apparent slip.

Jennifer went on talking about how Ellen's show has been one of her favorite talk shows. "Oprah [Winfrey], obviously. A little bit of [David] Letterman. But I was really into your show. So pretty much every time it was a No. 2, it was you," she said.

Ellen then noted that there are likely other people who did the same thing like Jennifer did, but didn't grow up to be famous. "To be in Kentucky, to actually be sitting on the toilet pretending that you're getting interviewed by somebody, then end up being a big superstar, and now being interviewed talking about sitting on a toilet pretending to be interviewed," she said. "So it's big deal, right?" she asked the new mom.

The "Don't Look Up" star jokingly replied, "Yeah, I mean, I really manifested hard on there. Maybe that's the lesson: Take your time. Don't rush it."

Jennifer reportedly gave birth to her first child with her husband Cooke Maroney in February, but never confirmed the news. Two months later, the new parents were spotted with their baby for the first time during a family outing in Los Angeles, California.
