During her monologue on the comedy sketch show, the 'Only Murders in the Building' actress describes the 'Wrecking Ball' hitmaker as 'one of my oldest friends.'

AceShowbiz - Miley Cyrus has such a perfect response to Selena Gomez's impression of her on the "Saturday Night Live". Taking to her Instagram page, the "Wrecking Ball" hitmaker showed off her DIY tank top that featured a quote from Selena's monologue.
On Tuesday, May 17, Miley shared some photos of her sitting in bed while holding a cup of tea. The snaps saw her rocking a white tank top adorned with the words "Hell yeah I'm Miley Cyrus". She put the same phrases in the caption while tagging the official accounts of "SNL" and her pal.
When making her "SNL" hosting debut on May 14, Selena said in her monologue, "It's cool being around two SNL legends. When I found out I was hosting, I immediately asked for their advice." She was referring to her "Only Murders in the Building" co-stars, Steve Martin and Martin Short.
The Rare Beauty founder then told viewers that she also asked "one of my oldest friends, Miley Cyrus" for advice. "She said, 'Just be yourself and have fun,' " the ex-girlfriend of Justin Bieber said in her best Miley voice. "And I was like, 'Miley is that just an excuse for me to do an impression of you on the show?' And she was like, 'Hell yeah, I'm Miley Cyrus.'"
During her monologue, Selena also poked fun at her love life. One reason I've been very happy to host is because I'm single. And I've heard SNL is a great place to find romance," she said, before adding, "Emma Stone met her husband here. [There's] Scarlett Johansson and Colin Jost, and [Pete Davidson] and … Machine Gun Kelly," referring to his close friendship with the rapper instead of his romance with Kim Kardashian.
"Since I don't want to get on the dating apps, I’m putting out into the universe that I'm manifesting love," the former Disney star added. "I would like to say that I'm looking for my soulmate, but at this point I will take anyone."
