When confirming her split from Lenny Hochstein, 'The Real Housewives of Miami' former star admits, via her spokesperson, that she is choosing to focus her energy on her two young children.

AceShowbiz - Lisa Hochstein is seeing a different side of Lenny Hochstein, and she is not liking it. On Monday, May 16, "The Real Housewives of Miami" former star admitted that she is caught off guard by her plastic surgeon husband's recklessness amid their divorce.
In the wake of Lenny's public announcement about their split, Lisa offered her side of the story through her spokesperson. "With two young children involved, as a mom I'm going to focus all of my energy and time on them," her rep told Page Six. The reality TV star and her estranged husband share two children together, six-year-old son named Logan and two-year-old daughter named Elle.
Elaborating more on the matter, Lisa confessed that she was in shock of how Lenny handled the situation, considering the estranged couple has been married for 12 years. "I'm blindsided by his behavior and reckless handling of the situation," the 39-year-old TV personality added.
Earlier that same day, Lenny had confirmed to Page Six that he will be filing for divorce from Lisa after previously denying the rumors, and that he is in a new relationship with Austrian model Katharina Mazepa. "Lisa and I are getting divorced," he told the outlet over the phone, "A few weeks ago, I denied this because I am trying my best to protect my family during this process."
The 55-year-old cosmetic surgeon went on adding, "This is a very difficult time, and I would ask for some privacy so that we can best take care of our children who mean the world to us." He also clarified that "none of this [his new relationship] happened until after the decision was made to get divorced."
Lisa and Lenny first sparked split rumors when the now-estranged pair were spotted having a public fight at a nightclub. An insider claimed that the reality TV star was confronting her husband, along with Katharina, on May 7. "They were all there, and they did have words," the insider spilled to the media, "A drink was thrown."
A number of other sources later came forward about the incident. A second one dished to the outlet, "There was a showdown at Gala Miami. Lisa got in her face and yelled at her." In addition, a friend of Lisa's declared that the mother of two was not "aware" of any divorce.
"She isn't directly aware of any divorce talk but can assume the direction it's going since he hasn't been hiding anything," the so-called friend reported to the outlet. "She hasn't been served any papers and hasn't been aware that that's the case and is just focusing on her children."
Lisa's alleged friend further stressed that the TV personality was "devastated" by Lenny's action, as referencing to when he was spotted getting handsy with Mazepa at Miami hotspot Prime 112. "She's devastated and disgusted that he would do this to his children," her pal divulged, "The way he's out flaunting it is gross."
