The Miami rapper also talked about his controversial comments about the singing diva during his recent appearance on 'The Breakfast Club' where he said, 'I didn't feel like I had to apologize.'

AceShowbiz - Trick Daddy revisited his controversial comments about Beyonce Knowles which resulted in him getting dragged by Beyhive. The rap legend discussed the matter on TMZ Live, during which he promoted his new cooking show, "B!tch I Got My Pots".

Instead of calling out Beyhive, Trick blamed the negative reviews on trolls. "Trust me, I love Beyonce," the rapper said. "I respect her business aspect, I have known her, I have watched grow since a little girl into what she's become."

He went on to explain, "I was talking about 'sanging' and 'singing' is two different things, and that's what we was talking about. And one of these trolls took a piece of the conversation and put it on the internet."

Trick also talked about the matter during his recent appearance on "The Breakfast Club". In the episode, Trick doubled down on his statement that Beyonce can't sing. "Out of the ten female R&;B singers that came out in the last five years, five of them sound alike. … The H.E.R., SZA, Jhene Aiko, I can close my eyes and not know who they are," he said. "That don't mean that I don't like them, that don't mean I don't like their talent, but if I had to a pull a top 10 [or] a top five, I wouldn't mention them."

Of the controversial Clubhouse audio, the "Love & Hip Hop: Miami" star said, "They took that one piece, and they wanted to go viral, and it worked. And they wanted me to apologize, and I didn't feel like I had to apologize."

Back in June 2021, Trick came under fire after a clip featuring him making comments on Beyonce's singing skills on Clubhouse went viral. In the clip, the Miami native said, "Beyonce don't write music and barely can sing her motherf**kin' self, Beyonce can't sing! Man, I watched my godmama train Beyonce, vocal lessons all her career."
